Seven calendar days from our kickoff call to your live site. We've done 50+ this way. The trick isn't that we work faster — it's that we've removed every approval bottleneck that makes most agencies take six weeks.

What if I want edits after launch?

Small content edits (hours, photos, copy) are included in Site Management. Larger changes quoted separately. Either way, you email us and we ship — no ticketing system, no "submit a request" form.

Do you work with multiple locations?

Yes. Site Build is $2,000 for the first location and $1,000 per additional. Site Management and Content & SEO are flat per-location. Local Presence is $599 for a single office, $449/month per location for multi-office practices. Ads: $700 single, $1,100 multi.

Can I cancel? Do I own my site?

Cancel monthly services anytime, no penalty. You always own the site code and your content. We host it, but you can export on request and walk.

Who writes the content?

Dental-content specialists. Not AI factories, not interns. Every article is reviewed by a licensed clinical editor before it goes live.

What if I already have a website?

We'll audit it on a 20-minute call. Most of the time we recommend rebuilding — the underlying structure is usually the real problem. Sometimes we recommend leaving it alone and starting with Local Presence or Ads instead. Depends on where you are.

What this is

Harmoniq is a dental marketing agency built for US practices. This page explains what information we collect when you visit harmoniq.agency and what we do with it. No surprises — that's the whole point.

What we collect when you visit

When you land on harmoniq.agency, Vercel — our hosting provider — logs standard server data including your IP address and page requests. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages get visited, rough geographic distribution). That data never identifies you personally.

We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or any behavioral tracking scripts. There are no retargeting cookies dropped on this site.

What we collect when you contact us

If you fill out the demo request form or booking form, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your practice URL
Any notes you include about your current marketing setup

That information gets sent to our team via Resend (our email delivery provider) and flows into Cal.com when you book a call. If you use our Stack Builder before booking, your configuration selections may be encoded into the booking URL as prefill context — so we're not starting from scratch on the call.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and have a useful conversation. That's it.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below, who handle it only to deliver the service (email routing, call scheduling). We are not in the business of monetizing your inbox.

How long we keep it

Email threads stay in our inbox and archive until the conversation closes. We keep records for a reasonable accounting period — typically a few years — as a normal part of running a small business. Vercel Analytics retention follows Vercel's own policy (currently 30 days for raw edge data).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete it. Send a note to hello@harmoniq.agency and we'll handle it promptly.

Cookies

We don't place tracking cookies. Vercel sets a minimal session cookie to manage edge routing — it contains no personal information. Cal.com's scheduling embed may set its own cookies when you interact with the booking widget; Cal.com's privacy policy governs those.

Resend — transactional email delivery
Google Fonts — fonts served at edge; no tracking cookies from this integration

Children

harmoniq.agency is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. We may also note it on the site when the change is significant. Routine clarifications don't warrant a notice.
