Terms of Service
Rules for using this site.
Effective: 2026-04-20
What this is
These terms govern your use of the harmoniq.agency website. They are not a services agreement — if Harmoniq builds your practice's website or runs your marketing, that work is covered by a separate signed proposal and services contract between you and Harmoniq. These terms just cover the site itself.
Who can use this site
harmoniq.agency is designed for businesses and authorized agents — primarily dental practice owners, office managers, and their representatives. By using the site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legitimate business.
Acceptable use
Use the site for what it's for: learning about Harmoniq's services, reading the blog, and booking a discovery call. A few things we ask you not to do:
- Don't scrape the site at scale or harvest its content programmatically for competitive purposes.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the site's design or code for reuse without permission.
- Don't book calls under false pretenses. Bookings should represent a genuine interest in working together.
Content ownership
The copy, design, code, and blog content on harmoniq.agency belong to Harmoniq unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to quote or reference our writing with attribution — just don't republish it wholesale.
Client websites that Harmoniq builds belong to the client, per their services agreement. This site's content is a separate matter.
Bookings through /book
Requesting a call is not a contract. It's a conversation. Paid engagements begin with a written proposal that both parties sign. Nothing on the scheduling page constitutes a commitment to deliver services.
Disclaimers
harmoniq.agency is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. Blog posts and articles represent our general perspective on dental marketing — they are not legal, financial, or clinical advice for your specific practice.
Limitation of liability
Harmoniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For any claim related to the site itself — not paid services — total liability is capped at $100. Paid engagements have their own liability terms in the services agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from site use will be handled in Travis County, TX.
Changes
We'll update the effective date at the top when these terms change. Material changes will be noted on the site.
Contact
These terms are a plain-English summary. They do not replace a legal review by Harmoniq's counsel. Contact us for specific questions.
